Here at Wearable Therapy by Tokii, we believe that one of the best ways to spread awareness about the issues close to our heart (like addiction, mental illness, human trafficking, bullying, domestic violence, homelessness, and discrimination) is through first-hand accounts. That's why we want to hear your stories!
Whether you've been affected by a stigma, are standing up on your own for a cause, or are part of a group fighting for something, we want to hear about it. There are a few ways you can share your stories with us:
1. Write a guest post on our blog, standupspeakuptokii.com.
Fill out this form to be a guest blogger. We can work together to pick out a topic, and we're happy to help you through the writing process if you're new to blogging.
2. Answer our Q&A.
If you're an advocate for a cause, you can answer our Q&A about your advocacy. We'll feature your Q&A on standupspeakuptokii.com and we will shine a bright light on you and/or your organization.
3. Be featured on our Instagram.
If you have a story you want to share, you can be one of our weekly Instagram stories. We'll feature photos of you with snippets of your advocacy story every day for a week. Check out our Instagram for an example.
We also give away tee shirts to people and groups standing up for a cause. So even if you don't want to be featured on our blog, tell us why you've earned a WT tee!
