How is WT different from your average online store?

 

 We care about more than just selling you a shirt or bag. We care about people, and we give back to people by donating shirts to people who are making a difference, and by giving people a way to start difficult conversations about important social issues through their clothing and accessories.


Can I get my item customized?

 Absolutely. After all...we are all about you being YOU! If your product can be personalized, you'll see an example of it on the product page. You can choose any text up to about 35 characters (10 if it's on the cuffs) and it comes in black or white, depending on the design. But, you can choose your own color too. Just tell us what you want in the notes section. 

What is your return policy?

Here at Wearable Therapy, we take a lot of pride in our work. Our items are custom made just for you; each item is made with love and passion. For that reason, we don't offer returns. We do offer exchanges if your item arrives damaged or has any defects. 

What if I order the wrong size?

To make it easier for you to pick the right size, read our product descriptions to find out how the item fits. We've done everything we can to make choosing your size the easiest decision you've made in a long time.  Make sure you read the description of the item carefully, as some items do fit smaller or larger than standard sizing.

Why does shipping take 2-6 weeks?

    We are a small and dedicated team who works hard to fill our orders as quickly as possible.  We do not have a huge warehouse where we can simply choose your item and send it off in the mail.  Each item is created just for you upon ordering.  Because of this, it can take a little more time to reach your door.

    Who creates the designs on the clothing?

    We work with a variety of artists to make inspiring and stylish fashion statements. To learn more about our artists, check out our artist profiles.

    Do you ship internationally? Are there international shipping costs?

    Yes, if you can receive mail, we can get our products to you!  And shipping to anywhere is included in the cost of purchase.
